You don't want extra cushioning??? Wow, ... What? You don't want extra cushioning??? Wow, there's no satisfying some people. (I did readjust that, actually. :)

As for Quicktime, as a working video editor you'd think I'd know about this! We continue to make Quicktime videos every day here at work, but I'll look into the use of it in SL. Thanks for the heads up. That's great to hear about the umbrella dispenser! The cushions did work, but we ended up be *so* cushioned that we were disappearing into the folds of the fabric. :)

QuickTime for Windows has met the end of its lifetime — see Inara's post here: https://modemworld.me/2016/04/16/quicktime-for-windows-uninstall-today/ — and should not be installed at all. The Lab has a project viewer out, the VLC Media Plugin RC viewer, that replaces QuickTime with a new media plug-in based on LibVLC.Ziki Questihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00655751928259820128noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3949481753906338354.post-57423627762463232982016-12-03T12:15:39.158-05:002016-12-03T12:15:39.158-05:00Hey Ziki. I will add some more of them later today.
As far as your partner not getting the video to work in-world, the problem is likely that she (he?) does not have the very latest version of Apple Quicktime installed. SL is fussy about that. The current version of Quicktime may be downloaded here:

https://support.apple.com/downloads/quicktime

Douglas Storyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13644793184220109989noreply@blogger.com
